Two Propane tanks w/ safety regulator meters. New Die Hard Deep Cycle batteries. New 10 gallon dual heat (gas and electric w/ electric start) fast recovery water heater (the refrigerator and the water heater had died from not being used for many years, when I got the new water heater it wouod not fit where the old 6 gallon was, so I put it where the refrigerator was and built all the appropriate ducting for it. Then we have been using a little electric fridge in the space left above the water heater. It still needs some finish appearance work, but mechanical all works fantastic) It has all the electric water pumps, tanks (no leaks), toilet, shower/actual tub (one wall of the shower enclosure had cracked the plastic this last winter when it got really cold. I have already bought all new waterproof wall board lining stuff, but have not had a chance to put it in yet), AC, TV antena, cable ready, all work and are in good order. All the lights but two work. I have pulled them out but not replaced them yet. It has all the cushions, and the couch and table/bed work great. It has a queen matress in good shape and it also has the matching bed spread, pillow cases, etc. that match the curtains. All the windows are in good order with all the screens. The exterior lights all work (I think two of the exterior light covers could use replacement as they are sun faded). All the Jacks work including the electric one. It is missing the spare tire, but the four tires on it are at least 80%. I have all the hubcaps, but one had fallen off on our last trip and lost the snap ring in it, and I have not gotten the new one. It has all the sewage lines along with extra extensions and supports. It has a great rubber ride suspension and all the brakes are in good shape. It has a newer awning that works great, but has one broken locking mechanism, so I just put a bolt in its place when I used it. There are no major scrathes or anything in the exterior, but you can see a few places where it was rubbed by trees or something-nothing major though. The interior woodwork is in good order (most is real oak and it has very mice stained glass accents) except where they used some of the paper type laminate in places like the closets. It is starting to peel so I was just going to get some spray adhesive to repair it. One cabinet door needs repair (It needs to be wood glued with a couple clamps and it will be perfect again. It broke along a seem). All but one ceiling panel is in good shape. The one is starting to droop, not from water, but from age and poor original design. The micorwave, stove, oven, sinks all work great. I think that about covers everything I can even think of. The trailer has had very limited use over its years. I am only aware of two previous owners, and my grandpa had it for the last ten or twelve years and I think he took it out twice is all. My Grandma says she was offered $7000 for it just after we bought it from her last spring. Thanks for looking!
