Furnace with auto ignition. 6-gallon gas water heater. Cassette toilet with shower. Large, 14’ awning. Double 20 lb. propane tanks. Electric brakes. Pre-wired & framed for AC (don’t really need with top unzipped – nice breeze). 3 burner range & double-bowl sink. 25 gallon fresh water tank and 12 volt pump. Large pass-thru storage and lots of storage inside. Portable, grey water, holding tank. 2nd owner. In very good shape. Canvas, screens, and awning in perfect condition. Very cute camper. Great size for family of 4 (to avoid using the dinette). Cassette toilet and portable holding tank means you don’t have to break camp to empty. Everything works. New tires, spare tire cover, and vent covers when purchased in September of 2004, and tires still like new (only camped 8 times in 2 years).
