Queen Bed in the back hard sided slide, fold down dinette and fold down couch. Quad Bunk House in the front with a curtain door, closes off the four bunk area for the kids. Weight is under 4400lbs dry. Easy pull for a 1/2 ton. Bought new in May 2005.IT IS LOADED. Factory Warranty and additonal seven year warranty. Trailer is in excellent condition. It has been used 6 times locally. I have had added two 17\" TV\'s with built in DVD\'s, Barkley 2500 Electric Jack, outside shower and outside propane connection for a larger grill. I will include an Equalizer Hitch and all the goodies. I am looking for a Class C bunkhouse, is the only reason I am selling this baby.
