Description: What I like about the Vogue: I love the Vogue because it is uniquely beautiful and supremely well built. It has a classic retro-type vintage design and in my opinion belongs in the same league with a Frank Lloyd Wright designed dwelling. When it was built in 1994 it cost a whopping $350,000.00!! That price is indicative of the quality of materials and workmanship that is represented in this beautiful motorhome. I love the open, light and airy feeling it gives when you step inside. The white laminate cabinets and wall surfaces are easy to clean AND they do not absorb odors. Odors are a big deal to us women! When my husband and I started looking at used motorhomes, if we stepped in and smelled a bad smell we stepped right back out! The bathroom, shower, wardrobe, dressing area is very roomy and can be closed off from the rest of the coach.. Every nook and cranny has been carefully thought out. There is a lot of storage. The wide body and the light interior give such a roomy feel to this coach that we do not miss having slides. Slides are nice if you are staying in one spot for a while but if you are truly traveling they can be a hassle and if something goes wrong with the mechanism or they develop a leak you find yourself in a really frustrating situation. Plus, when the slides are not out the interior can be quite cramped with narrow aisles. This Vogue is easy to live in. From cooking to sleeping it is very comfortable. For the price, this quality can not be found. You would have to go to the Million Dollar Coaches to get even a similar level of quality. This is written from a wife’s point of view…my husband can tell you about all the mechanics involved! Check out NADA Avg Retail value range on this rig: $48K - $54K range and these numbers do not include the xtras: Howard Steering System, NewWindshield. The paint job on this coach still looks great... as it should with 7 coats of ClearCoat!! Think about it...no foul smells, great shape, road ready NOW, thousands of miles remain on this highly rated CAT 350HP which just had it's 100K mile upper valve adjustment per scheduled maint. specs. Tires with well over 100K miles remaining and only 4 years old. Additional Info: A few other points to mention....Brakes are in great shape, Transmission is Allison World HD-4060 6 Speed automatic with trans oil changed 20K miles ago, 2- Coleman stove, 2 roof a/c both blow super cold, PowerTech 7.8Amp Diesel Generator runs off main 150Gal Diesel fuel tank that can be filled from either side. I can send more pics and complete/original spec build sheet from Vogue if you send me your email. You can also view the coach in Joplin and talk directly to the production manager who built the coach as it is being stored at his location near Joplin, MO and he is installing new windshield (rock chips) this week...must send me an email to schedule an appointment. randeek@gmail.com or call Steve at: 214-621-2185 cell to discuss questions or set appointment to view |
