Description: This 40' Allure beauty with only 67,300 miles on it features the great room concept with a 36" by 14' slide out. All wood is golden oak. The interior was redone in 2005 because the wife didn't like the colors in the coach. The valances, couch, dinette seats, seatbacks, and the trim around the slide were al reupholstered. New curtains were install at the same time. It also has a new stove with oven. The refer is a side by side dual automatic with an ice maker in the freezer section. TYhe smaller couch was removed from the slide out and a leather recliner was put in along with an oakd table that doubles as a coffee table when needed. The vanity shelf was removed and an oak desk-top computer desk was put in place of it. If desired, the vanity can be reinstalled as all the parts are in the coach storage. It has an enclosed toilet with sliding pocvket door, a full sized shower, ample closet space, a washer/dryer, queen sized bed with a 2005 pillow top mattress. There is lost of storage space in the toilet area as well as above and below the bed that makes it easy to keep things out of the way.The original front TV was replaced with a 20" LCD flatscreen in 2005. This gives a lot more headroom when you are entering the coach. The rear TV is a 15". Both have VCR's and the rear TV has a DVD. The satellite receiver automatically seeks the signal so manual aiming is a thing of the past. The AM/FM/CD radio was replaced with a remote controlled unit last year. The 6 CD automatic player was replaced at the same time.Outside, the coach has 4 new driver tires and the front tires have many miles left on them. Alkl wheels are Alcoa aluminum and the front wheel bearings are permanently lubed. The starting battery was new in August of 2007 and the coach batteries are 2 years old. The awning was installed in November of 2005 and is electric with the automatic retraction feature when the wind comes up. There are awnings on both bedroom windows as well. The basement is insulated and heated. Two large storage areas which are 67" deep provide planty of space for outdoor furniture, etc. The other basement storage goes completely through the coach and has drawers on each side which come out about 3 feet to make easy access to the items on them. On the other side of the coach, beneath the slide are two smaller storage spaces as well. On the roof is two 110 volt AC units and two Fantastic automatic exhaust fans that shut down when rain hits their sensors. The coach has a 7 KW generator with 617.2 hours on it. It also has a 2000 watt inverter/charger to run most 110 volt appliances without plugging to outside power or running the genset. The air suspension provides a computer controlled levelling system that automatically updates as the coach is parked. |
