Description: PERFECT FOR A FAMILY WITH YOUNG CHILDREN (OR GRAND CHILDREN). Very dependable Chevy 454 with 47K original miles. Runs synthetic oil. Good tires with the heavy-duty 19.5" wheels for the best braking power. This Pace Arrow by Fleetwood is equipped with a 6.5 KW Genset that powers both Coleman roof air conditioners at the same time, while also charging the two deep cycle batteries (SmartCharger multi stage charger). "Fantastic Vent" ceiling vent fan with thermostat and rain sensor. Large roof-top storage container. Drivers door. Sun screens for the windshield and front side windows (see out but not in). Large patio awning. Window awning. Outside shower. Steering stabilizer. Main (75 gallon) and auxiliary (25 gallon) fuel tanks. Interior has bunk beds in the back & a decent size bathroom with shower. The living area has a dinette, a couch, 2 swivel chairs, and a pull down bed over the driver area. Captain chairs swivel around for even more seating. Two portable tables for in front of the couch as well as a pop up table between the swivel chairs seating a total of 8 for meals. Built in vacuum cleaner as well as ice crusher and blender. The burnt orange and brown colors are definitely from the 80's, but in it’s day this Pace Arrow was the top of the line. Full-size fridge and freezer work on propane. Four burner stove with oven. Microwave. Forced air furnace. Six gallon water heater. Fifty gallon fresh water capacity. The roof has been sealed every two years with Kool Seal Elastomeric. I’ve owned this motor home since 1999. Selling because family is not interested in going with me anymore. The exterior could use a good buffing and waxing. Bottom of fiberglass has some nicks & scrapes. One of the two swivel chairs is missing the skirting fabric. Electric power step is not working. RV is currently winterized, fuel tanks are full and stabilized. RV is covered. Full tank of propane. Water system is fitted with a water heater bypass and a winterizing kit for very easy winterizing. Upgrade parts purchased but not installed---400 Watt Inverter, Hot Rod (for water heater), & Back up camera. I would not hesitate to drive this strong running motor home across the country (after checking belts and hoses first like I would with any vehicle). See in Evanston Wyoming. $ 7,000 Firm |
