Description: Gently used RV. Newer interior carpet and lineoleum. Instead of dinette, two couches in LR - they fold into single beds. Cabinets w/TV replace the overhead bed over driver/passenger area -very nice! Brand new Thetford Aqua V toilet. Low mileage and well cared for - outside has cracking on decals due to exposure. In WI now - but spent most of its time in Florida, we're the 3rd owner (Stored in Winter). Everything works, Onan 4000 generator had low hours - 375. Norcold refrigerator works on AC/DC or Gas and works well. Galley has 4 burner gas stove and Microwave/Convection combo oven above stove and a large/deep drawer underneath burners that is great for pots/pans. Large closet for hanging clothing and many cabinets with drawers in kitchen. LR has 8 overhead large storage cabinets. Bathroom is a walkthrough with shower on one side and toilet/sink on opposite. Medicine cabinet and smaller storage cabinets in bathroom. Island Queen bedroom in back with walk around bed room, underbed storage accessed by two doors, nightstands with lamps and small drawer on each, 3 large overhead storage cabinets. This MH has large windows on each side in LR & Bedroom. Non smoking/no pets - no odors and everything works! Large awning - will measure but is about 25 or more feet. Electric step. AM/FM Cassette. CB radio. Curtain for front on rails covers all front. Has 4 holding tanks (1 blk, 2 gray and a fresh water tank. NO leaks anywhere - we've had so much rain this summer and no leaks, roof is good, tires are newer and have plenty of tread to last 1000's of more miles. For additional pictures, email me!
