There is a built-in night stand between the two single beds new bed mattresses slept on once. Shower/Tub and curtain just replaced in the bathroom. Both the living room and bedroom have valances with beautiful soft lighting that create a comforting! evening mood. There are two roof AC units. Heat is provided by a furnace with wall thermostat as well as the front roof air has heat strip. The rear view camera monitor has day and night settings. This coach has a rubberized roof and roof top TV antenna and cooler covers. The engine is a 460 Ford with oil and transmission coolers. The unit is built on a John Deere chassis with solid welded steel frame construction. The brakes are 4-wheel disc. The hydraulic leveling jacks will literally lift all 6 tires off the ground. While most coaches of this era have very limited storage, this unit has a full basement with lots of storage. The storage is truly cavernous. 6.5kw Onan generator recently tuned and serviced. Engine and transmission replaced @ 100k so only rolling 44k on drive train all the mechanicals are working excellent. New Michelin tires all around replace less than a year ago.
