This basement-model home includes 2 great roof AC units, an Onan generator, a one-year old awning, microwave, dual power fridge and freezer, back up camera, TV & VCR in front (with wiring to the back for a TV to go in the bedroom, and leveling jacks. The bedroom is a sideways layout, with the \'head\' of the queen bed up against the passenger side wall. There is plenty of storage inside the home and underneath. The couch and the dining table convert into beds to sleep 2 each. We hate to see this go, but with 2 small kids, we have decided that we can\'t afford this right now.
