Description: 1993 thor columbus(built by airstream,fourwinds).30 ft/with only 23,200 actual miles.Purchased at Sagon Motorhomes in Atlanta in 2001 to go cross country.Wife became ill and passed away two months after purchase.I have taken trip to Kentucky, and N.Ga.Mtns only since then.Motorhome has the following:454 chevy eng,underside thru storage,outside shower,6 gal water heater,30,000btu furnace,totally self-contained,40 fresh water tank,30 gal black tank,25 gal grey tank,monitor panel shows all systems operation,cable tv outside hookup,.Inside: tilt,cruise,phone jack,or computer,sleeps 6 (5 comfortably)Queen walk around bed in rear,dinette for 4 makes bed,couch makes bed.coffeemaker built in,large microwave built in, 4 burner stove/oven with pilot light,vac cleaner(portable cordless mounted on wall)Large closet in hall,closet on each side of queen bed/with drawers,built-in 13\" tv in front/vcp for movies,9\"tv in bedroom/with built-in vcr.5000 marquis onan generator(low hours)20 gal propane tank built-into chassis,plenty of storage in overhead cabinets.It is like living at home for two people when traveling in this unit.Separate shower(large) and bath room area.I may have missed something(as you can see this is a very nice rv and well equipted)I will consider a trade for a smaller class C(prefer a toyota) This rv in the NADA book has a retail of 22,000 high to 18,000 low.
