Description: 1994 Thor Industries West ResidencyThis is a nice 35 ft. Residency by Thor Model 3500 which is on a Ford base with a 460 V8 engine and an automatic transmission with overdrive. I have paperwork showing previous owners replaced engine in October of 1999 with mileage of about 40,000 and transmission in August of 2000 with a mileage reading of about 45,000. The RV currently has around 88,000 miles on the odometer and we have not had any problems while we have owned the coach. Upon entering the coach via the birch entry steps you will notice the wood flooring that goes throughout most of the coach and the tropical palm tree decor. The bedroom has blue carpeting and the bathroom has linoleum. The tires are in good condition, along with the spare tire and stainless steel wheel covers. A practically new RV cover to keep out the elements is also included. A brand new color back-up camera and LCD monitor are included but have not been installed. The interior and exterior are very nice for the age of the coach with the exception of some fading of the outside paint and stripes. Also the previous owner caught something with the fiberglass rear bumper so please make note of it in the pictures. We have decided it is time to build a house so that means the RV has got to go.
