Description: FOR SALE: Almost Mint Condition... This "better than excellent" coach has been well cared for since new. Fabric is clean, unfaded, and undamaged as is the carpeting and the lioleum is like new. The coach has a Ford 460 engine and gets between 8.5 - 10.1 mpg depending on your style of driving and how many mountains you are crossing. The engine uses very little oil and has no leaks. Tires are just 1 year old with lots of tread and service life remaining. Appliances include a 2-door refridgerator that operates on propane or electric, a microwave oven, and a 3-burner propane stovetop/oven. A 7 gallon Atwood propane fired water heater provides hot water. Air conditioning is both in-dash when the coach is operating or a Coleman 13,500 btu roof unit powered by 115 vac. A thermostatically controlled propane furnace provides heat on those chillier days. All of the appliances have been serviced regularly and are in perfect working order. Entertainment is provided through an in-dash AM/FM Cassett sterio system also wired to operate off the house batteries. A 19" color TV is in the front and a 13" color TV is in the bedroom. VCR and DVD players are included and the coach can be configured for satellite reception. Electrical power is provided either through a shore power cord or an Onan 4 kw gasoline powered generator. There are one 12-volt chassis battery and 2 6-volt house batteries installed. The bedroom has a walk around queen sized bed and lots of closet space.
