Description: $92,500 OBO 36' Allure with Great Room Slide. "Rogue" floorplan. 28k miles. Have original bill of sale, build sheet showing all options. 325 h.p. Cummins/Allison Automatic transmission. Maintenance records go with coach. This has been a trouble free coach that runs very well. It has been taken care of by myself and previous owners. I usually get over 9 m.p.g. Powertech generator with low hours. 2 roof a/c units with heat strips, propane furnace. 2 door refrigerator with ice maker. Microwave, 3 burner stove, solid surface countertops with ss sink. 40 gallon propane tank. Queen bed. Carpet has been kept covered with plastic. Tile in galley/bath. Trailer brake controller and wiring for trailer/dolly. Slide out trays in basement. Exterior custom sun shades. Motosat automatic satelite system (cost was $4,000 in 2006). Rear tires new in 3/06, drive tires in '05 so it does not need tires. Everything works as it should. I am the third owner, bought in March '06 and have driven over 11,000 miles with no problems.
