Description: We are the original owners of this very clean, well maintained, smoke-free motorhome. We are selling due to lack of having time to use it as well as due to a job change, specifically - the current lack of a job. There are only about 12,950 miles on the odometer and about 160 hours on the generator. We purchased this specific motorhome is because of its simplicity, capacities, and layout. Simplicity in that it has no slides to have to worry about, increased carrying capacity and better balance without the slide, and the family friendly layout since the kids and parents have their own sleeping areas and the bathroom facilities are arranged in a modular setup between the master bedroom and the living/sleeping area. It is great for boondocking because of the large tanks and weight-carrying capacity. It has many storage areas on the outside and inside. Did I mention that there is no slide-out, which is known to have problems (leaking, getting stuck, etc) in many RVs? We haven’t had any problems with anything on this motorhome (except losing a wheel liner). Chassis: It is based on the Ford F-53 chassis with the V10 engine. All components are well maintained with the oil (synthetic) being changed at every 3,000 miles and/or every fall. The tires are treated twice a year with a UV protectant so both tread and sidewalls are in excellent condition. All lube points are taken care of at those times, too. The roof is regularly cleaned and treated. Coach: Comfortably sleeps up to 4 or 5 (kids) and has seatbelts for 10. The Jack-knife sofa and dinette fold down into beds. The driver and passenger seats swivel and there is a barrel chair that swivels, too. The queen bed is in the rear in its own bedroom. The toilet is in its own closet which allows the bathroom sink and/or shower to be used by someone else. It has front and rear A/C units as well as the usual furnace, 6.2 cubic ft. fridge/freeze, microwave, 3-burner stove top, and gas oven, 19†TV, VCR, DVD, 4 speaker AM/FM/cassette stereo with auxiliary input. Specs: 6 gallon hot water - 31K BTU furnace - 95 gallon fresh water - 45 gallon gray - 45 gallon black - 75 gallon fuel - 85 pound LP tank - 34’1†exterior length - 7’11†exterior width - 11’2†exterior height (at top of A/C) - 5.5 KW Onan generator - 13,000 Lbs. empty - 18,000 Lbs. GVW - 26,000 Lbs GCVW. |
