It has a Ford Chassis with a V-10 engine with HYD hydraulic big foot levelers. The inside is very clean and is decorated in greens and beiges. The outside has some faded decals. It has a queen size island bed with a bookcase in the bedroom. The bath is a sidebath with a tub shower with glass sliding doors. The dinette booth makes a bed and the couch folds down to make a bed to sleep a total of six. There is a detached satellite dish and receiver attached to the 20 inch TV in an oak frame. There is a cable hookup and a switch box for the rear and front TV reception, there is a detachable table for the outside stereo radio and it has a hookup for a TV. It has a microwave and a three burner stove and oven. There is a gas or electric hot water heater. It has a 5K Onan Generator. There is a tape player with the radio and a CB with antenna. The tires show no wear and have been balanced and rotated. We have just had the unit serviced and it is in excellent mechanical condition. Asking $58,000 or take over payments
