Description: 2003 Jayco Eagle 325 BHS I am the original owner of the hardly used camper. It has the true Gelcote fiberglass sides ($2,000.00 Option) in place of aluminum siding. The interior is in very good condition and the exterior has been waxed numerous times, so it’s in good shape as well. This is a nice camper and the overall general condition is very good, you’ll be surprised how clean it is. It’s never been smoked in, the stove has only been used a couple of times times, the tanks have always been well maintained. All applances, plumbing, electrical componenets, ducted air conditioning, ducted furnace, hot water tank, water pump, factory exterior BBQ, bathroom fan, FM Stereo/5-CD Changer, etc. work perfectly. The tires are in very good condition (I’d say 80 %) and I have always parked on wood blocks or concrete. (Includes new spare tire and mount) Unit is in very good condition with the exception of three minor issues1) Dent in front lower skirting (campsite post!) This could be easily repaired, as the dent is confined to a small piece of aluminum skirting (not the fiberglass)and can be easily removed and replaced. 2) Water leak in front left closet. The exterior light was installed upsidedown at the factory and water got in thru the weep hole in the lens. Again, an easy fix if someone felt it needed done. It would just need one piece of 1/4" wood and wallpaper(available at your Jayco dealer). The leak was confined to a closet area, and out of sight, so I have not yet taken the time to make the consmetic repair. The Light has been coreected and I have had no further water problems since.3) Rear storage compartment leak. This has been professionaly repaired, but wanted to be sure to communicate all past and present issues with the trailer.Book value range on this fifth wheel camper is $16,975.00 – $19,650.00. Due to the minor flaws mentioned above, I am willing to sell the trailer at the low end of book value ($16,975) allowing the new owner to use this savings to make the cosmentic repairs if they deem them neccesary.contact me with any questions 724-350-1631 / Jim |
