Immaculate Condition.NADA on this is $60,000We got a deal on it so you will too- $26,000Located in Mt. Pleasant, UT (45 Min south of Provo)E-Mail for more pictures – ropesoffking@hotmail.comWe don't have any pics yet but I can take whatever you want. We have the price on this so low because we want to be into a new one with bunkbeds by June so we can camp w/ our family reunion. This one originally sold at Blaine Jensen RV in Kaysville, UT to a lady who was planning to retire and travel but her husband had a stroke before they even got it off the lot- so they had it for sale on consignment there for like a year when we bought it and they were desperate to sell it. They bought it for $69,000 and were asking $45,000 just to get rid of it. We haven't had any problems except for the fridge that was replaced the first month we had it (our fault- we were leaving it unlatched so our daughter could get in and out of it and it burned out the compressor) and then just this past winter we took it to Montana and it froze one of the gray tanks and the warranty replaced that too. This is an AWESOME trailer with a great service contract that will cover whatever problems you may worry about when you buy a used trailer. We looked at the NADA RV value online and saw it's worth over $60,000 now with all the extras it has on it. Call me and I'll tell you about it more and take pics of whatever you want to see.I shopped 5th wheels for 2 yrs before buying this one and I was wary because of Kit being out of business, but what talked me into the deal (besides the awesome price) was a guy at Esquire RV in Vernal named Danny (they used to be a dealer for Kit) who said he lived in this same model for 2 yrs while he built his house and then sold it for $42,000 in 2004. He said the aluminum/wood combo framing on this is the best in the business and that it's as solid an RV as he's ever come across. He was an owner of that RV place I believe and I was just calling to get his opinion- he wasn't trying to sell me anything. I researched the company and why they went out of business and it looked like the owner who started in 1945 was just retiring and sold his company to his workers who changed the name to Extreme RVs and they focus mainly on toybox trailers now.I stayed in it for a few months once with an infant (we set up a pack n play in between the back 2 recliner chairs) and a 3yo and a 4yo and it was not that bad as for space for the toys, extra clothes, etc. The tub is great for 2 kids- there's a sprayer to do their hair. We added a screen room so your stuff outside stays safe and it's a nice spot to play and keep kids contained. We always had a little wading pool in the back of the trailer right next to the big huge back windows where I could be inside in the AC and they could be in the pool. The outside shower was nice too for cleaning dirty kids before they came in. We got stuff to skirt the trailer during our month in Montana and that will go with it when it sells- so that'll make it more permenant to set up.I called Cyprus credit union to get the loan value on it and they say they's loan up to 100% of the high. NADA Values according to Cyprus were $46,200 high $35,455 low. Again, our low price is just our payoff so that we can get into something newer right away without having to mess with trade-ins (which we haven't even looked at yet, so that still may be an option if we haven't sold by the end of May). Our only advertising on it has been at ksl.com but I'm thinking of putting some more ads out there and I expect it to go fast.Shannon 435-462-2578 or 435-851-9832 (cell) |
