this is a 1972 trailer that is 7.5ft. wide by 13ft. long. the floor has been replaced with new linonium. it has a sink, stove with oven, refrigerator. the front has a dinnette that makes into a bed and in the rear is a full bed with a drop down twin bed above. there are cupboards above kitchen area and a closet that has had shelves added for more storage. the furnace will cook you out.
