Limited Anniversary Edition. Great condition. Non smoker, no pets, heck- my dad didn't even like candles burning!! Keyless entry, just push the buttons on the key pad. You don't have to carry your keys to the pool. Satelite ready, solar panels, electric battery charger. Beautiful wood (walnut?) cabinetry throughout. Upholstery colors are taupe and sky blue. Front living area with sofa (pulls out to make an extra bed) & plenty of storage all around: over, under, & beside. Stereo built in above sofa. There are drop tables at both ends of sofa for extra table space. Rocking chair is included but not attached. A few of the curtains above the sofa have water stains on them from condensation (no leaks). The kitchen features a built in spice rack, 4 burner stove-top, toaster oven, microwave/convection oven, water filter tap, instant hot water tap, and built-in counter top kitchen center for blender. The fridge was replaced summer 2004, the hardwood panels that cover the fridge are in the closet for you to use. The dinette has 2 soft comfy bench seats and table. Dinette area can also make into a small bed as needed. 3 large lighted clothes closets. The rear bedroom has twin beds (they are longer than the double bed) blankets & linens included. Mid cabin shower with a seat, light, and vent in nice size stall. The vanity area has beautiful lighting and a window. Beautiful striped awnings cover each window and create a lovely patio area down one side nearly as long as the trailer. Electric leveling jacks - lots of extra goodies. Has been well used, loved, and taken care of. There is a dent/scrape near back (probably scraped a tree branch), some rock dings on front, and minor rear bumper damage. I'd be glad to send you pictures to show extent. Owner was past president of regional WBCCI, retired military, & loved to tinker. Any kind of extra doo-dad he could think of was probably added to the trailer and or van. All the records come with it. Some hoses and other trailer equipment is included. Also available tow vehicle- 1993 Ford Diesel Van.
