Travel Trailer, 1998 Holiday Rambler AlumaScape - $9000We are in Chuckey, near Greeneville, Tennessee. This trailer is in great shape. we have lived in it over two years, moved into a log cabin, and no longer need it. It has served us well. We had a new A/C thermostat, and circuit board put in a month ago. The built in Microwave does not work, but we have a separate one there for you. No leaks. The roll out awning has a 3 foot rip in it. New water pump and battery. The skylight fan in the bedroom does not work. We were told that the resale value is $10,000 to 12,000 on a dealer's lot. We had a dealer come out to look to make sure everything was ok. This model is 28' with a 14' slide, TV antenna, cable and phone ready, oak cabinets, tons of storage, hide a bed sleepr sofa, stereo and tape deck player that is piped into all rooms. We have a dinette set, but have not been able to find it in our storage unit. It sleeps 3 people. There is a full size bed in the bedroom, which is in the back of the trailer. Two 30 lb LP tanks with automatic changeover, smoke and gas detectors, skylights, refrigeration that runs on gas or electric. Water heater is 6 gallons. Gray, black, and fresh water holding tanks are 40 gal each. The trailer weighs around 6730 lbs. It is a bumper pull. No sway bars/load levelers. We pulled the trailer from Southwest Florida through the Appalachians without any problems whatsoever. We are the second owners, and we do not smoke.
