Priced to sell! Trailer is parked at a permanent campsite at Lake Carroll, IL (campsite not included in price of camper and it will have to be moved after purchase). Approx. 1 hr. west of Rockford. Overall, trailer is in very good condition. There is one broken pane of glass in window for top bunk, there is a crack in the shower liner, and there is a bubble in the linoleum near couch that was cause from an improperly seated water filter, which once put in properly, didn't leak again (operator error). There are several cosmetic dings and scratches to the outside that comes with age: none detract from operability. Bed coverings that came with the trailer were thrown out by mistake and therefore won't come with the trailer. Trailer comes with central ducted air/heat, spare tire, dual propane tanks, am/fm/cd player with surround sound, microwave, fridge w/seperate freezer, double sink, awning, and more. Everything is fully functional. It sleeps 6-7 comfortably. Buyer must be able to pick up or arrange for trailer pick up. We are pricing this well below the blue book value and are looking for a quick sell.
