This is a hardly used 40 foot Fleetwood with all the toys. This is in excellent condition. It has one queen sized bedroom and extra living space instead of second bedroom. Sleeps 6. It has a 30" patio door also known as a park model. This unit has TWO SLIDE-OUTS; a double in the living room/dinette area and one in the bedroom. All systems are in perfect working order. There are no problems with the unit at all. Once again, excellent condition. Viewing can be arranged and pictures sent. I cannot seem to change the pictures once posted so excuse the blurriness.
