It has 25,000 BTU furnace that easily heats the trailer even in the coldest of temperature, a 15,000 BTU air-conditioner that will freeze you out. The 6 gal. hot water heater is instant heat, no worry about running out of hot water. The refrigerator will run on 110v AC, propane, or 12v DC, it will easily make ice or keep ice cream frozen.   Mechanically in good shape, replaced the power converter last year and put in new batteries, bought a new power outlet cable this year.  There are a few cosmetic blemishes due to use and age.  SMOKE FREE RV, AM/FM/CD player, antenna booster, rain free setup, rain free vents, 14" tires, just too many little extras to list them all.
