This is a beautiful, used only 11 times, Outback in near new condition. It is a fiberglass over aluminum construction, fully insulated, full 3 season travel trailer with a hardside rear pull out. We bought the Keystone brand due to the high quality of construction and all the options. The camper sleeps 8. Queen bed is in the rear slide out. Two twin bunks are in the front. Dinette drops down, and sofa folds out. With the sofa and dinette in "sleep" mode, there is still an aisle to walk down. The dinette table can be brought outside (stands on it's own). There is a full kitchen including hood, microwave and dual power fridge/freezer that is cold enough to keep icecream hard on the hottest days. Just outside the door is the outdoor kitchen which folds open from the outside wall. THere is a sink and 2 burner stove with slide out cutting board. On the back side is an outdoor shower great for sandy feet(or your kids) The water heater is also propane or electric power and will go for a nice long shower before cooling off. The heat runs through the floors (nice on a cold day) and the AC comes from vents in the ceiling. They are both remote controlled. Monitoring for fresh, grey, black water and battery power are on the wall near heat/AC controls. The unit has twin battery and twin propane tanks. We are also including the full Equalizer hitch setup, 30amp extension cord and levelling blocks. For entertainment there is a stereo/CD player that has 4 speakers mounted in the ceiling and a 13" TV/DVD player. The bathroom has the tub w/ sitting shelf and a skylight dome for extra headroom. All the ceiling vents also have the MAxAir vent covers. Overall condition is near new. The ball on the plastic latch that holds the main door open broke off, $5 at the local RV store. Also, in the pantry cabinet there are slide out drawers and something got caught under one of the drawers and left a small nick in the inside of the pantry cabinet. It is only visible with the door open. This unit was $21000 two years ago. Priced to sell, we are doing major renovations on our house..
