Only 2650 lbs dry, double axle. Easily towed by my Jeep Liberty. I never travelled in it, lived in it for 4 months (in Santa Fe winter). True shower, AC, microwave, decent size frig w freezer. TV w cable, DVD, queen bed, dinette converts to single bed, outside shower, awning, two propane tanks. I added a silent radiant propane heater.
