NSA RB4000 READY BRAKE SYSTEM This is a Surge Brake system that works without electronics. If you are going to tow a car, you gotta have brakes. Connect two cables to pre-installed points at the front (see photo) which are connected to the brake pedal. One is for 'break away, the other is for normal braking in a sleeve to the firewall.
