Many repairs and regular maintenance have been performed to inlcude;- New cork based wood flooring installed throughout.- New exhaust (excluding manifold) manifold has been inspected and no visible leaks- New emission air tubes- New plug wires and plugs- New DOMETIC FRIDGE/FREEZER Unit- New Hot Water Heater- New water pump- New points, plugs, condenser on ONAN generator- 6 of the 8 tires relatively new (all in good condition)- New rear gas shocks- Winterizing valve installed on hot water heater- Vehicle runs well. Both A/C's work well. Note:- Engine AC does not work, both motor home units work well with generator running.- Motor for auto step not functioning. Can be operated manually if desired.
