This is a well maintained vehicle with a beautiful interior. It is built on a Ford chassis with a 460 engine. It is 30 feet long, has a generator, air conditioning, tv/vcr, cable, antenna, microwave, oven, and oak cabinets. The bathroom contains a toilet and shower with the sink in a separate dressing area that contains a closet and additional storage. The rear bedroom has a full sized bed with storage underneath and cabinets all around the room. It also contains a drop-down table suitable for a tv and has a cable connection for that purpose. The very comfortable couch converts into a full sized bed and the table area converts to sleep two people. The passenger seat swivels and adjusts in heighth to serve as an extra living room chair. Awnings cover all the windows and are in great shape. Many new parts have been installed, such as a new radiator, battery, front brakes, toilet, and 4 new tires. It has just been inspected and is ready to go. This is a great deal! We are leaving the RV world to become permanent snowbirds.
