1997 Fleetwood - Pace Arrow Vision, 37 feet, 32,000 miles on a Ford 460CI, slide out, sleeps 6 people, 3 A/C Units. This breaks my heart but, this needs to go. Children have grown and interest lost. Have other interests now and have not been using the motor home so, it has to go. We bought this coach new. I am the original owner. This coach is immaculate and loaded. was the top of the line Pace for 1997. Has one large street slide in the couch and dinette area. has side by side refrig w/ice maker. washer dryer combo. also has back up camera, central computerized ducted a/c. has leather driver and passenger seats w/6-way power on driver. electric heated mirrors, fans, driver\'s door with power window. 4-sided hyd jacks, 5.5 onan generator. This coach has been highly maintained. Problems: main awning return spring not working. Small awning return spring worn on one window and gets stuck. unit has duel pane windows. One small outer window next to the side door is broken. Secondary window is good and you would not even know if I did not mention it. Kitchen stove has never been used. Always cooked outside or used the microwave/convection oven. If you were to buy this coach new, at this time. 95% of the miles on this unit have been to Florida and Myrtle Beach. Would run you about $120,000. Only asking wholesale of $43,500. Someone is going to get a real beautiful coach. Don\'t loose it.
