Offered for sale is a Pace Arrow Vision double slide-out 1999-36B model (36-1/2'), but this one was built in 1998 and therefore registered with DMV as a 1998. However, the new Ford V-10 engine was not offered in 1998, the '98s were equipped with Ford V8-460s or Chevrolet V8-454s .....but apparently the original buyer and original RV dealer had some serious clout with Fleetwood in order to have the V10 placed in this rig. It has the overdrive transmission, cruise control, recently installed $3000 Banks upgrade deluxe power exhaust system w/engine chip, and factory auxillery tag axle. The front brakes were replaced at 39K, tires are very good, and it has been serviced every 4500-5000 miles during our four year ownership. Gas mileage varys according to the driver, terrain, speed, and other conditions, but when towing a car, our mileage averaged between a low of 6MPG in hilly areas ....and as high as 9.2MPG when on more level ground and maintaining a steady 55-60MPH. The slide-outs are the extra wide (30" on the dinette/living room, I believe) that Fleetwood is known for and have the automatic awnings over the slide units. My wife and I have owned this top-quality motorhome since 2001, and neither ourselves or the original purchaser were smokers or pet owners, and we have had it garaged when not being used. It currently has 49,400 miles on it, and it runs very well and is VERY easy to drive. The extra tag axle and shorter wheelbase makes the turning radius MUCH more manueverable without sacrificing wind stability. We are selling it due to my wifes declining health and her inabilities to get around inside due to being disabled. The upholstery, rugs, shades, woodwork, etc, are all in very nice condition, as is the exterior.
