I have a 36ft Fleetwood/Southwind Class A motorhome for sale. It is in excellent condition with very low mileage (24000). The exterior is in great condition with a small dent on the generator compartment door. The windshield has two slight cracks. I was originally asking $65,000 but will settle for $63,500 to allow for the repairs if you choose. The exterior is Beige/Maroon in color, it has a full awning, satelitte dish, TV antenna and two roof air conditioners. Everything works great. The interior is Beige in color and in excellent condition. We have lots of cabinet storage, a full four door pantry, convection/microwave, three burner range, oven, large shower, queen size bedroom. The dinette folds down to sleep one, the full pull out couch sleeps two and there is a swivel recliner. Everthing is in excellent condition, my wife and I have really gotten tired of the camping scene. This is a great find for a family especially with children. We have loved every minute that we spent in it. I will also entertain a realistic offer, but nothing below $62000
