Howdy. Got a sweet deal for you. Bathroom works, generator is new, water tank is new, bunk beds, master bed, microwave, stove, and quite clean. Sleeps six. Engine is down. That\'s why the deal is so sweet. I don\'t want to invest any money into it. Had my fun. The cabin is the best setup I\'ve seen and it looks way better than any of these older junkers they have listed on this site. It holds comfortably 7 grown men. My friends and I used it as a cool clubhouse at our old house. Its smogged and registered until next spring.
