Refrigerator, gas stove, NEW 6 gallon water heater,4K generac generator, new water pump, newly recovered cushions, large bathroom, 30 gallon water tank, new batteries, ice-cold A/C, furnace, NEW power converter, circuit breaker panel and circuit board. Engine is in incredibly good condition. Some new hoses, panel A/C ice cold.I've done a lot of work on the interior, replaced the carpet with vinyl, painted the cabinets, cleaned it up very well, made new cushion covers, rebuilt the carburator, serviced the generator and put on new tires. The tires only have about 800 miles on them. I have serviced the A/C's, put in a new water heater and water pump and a new elecrical panel. The exterior is in great shape, and the interior is in good condition. The awning is missing but most of the hardware is there. The black water tank is in great shape. The gray water tank has a leak in it which is only apparant when you're taking a shower and literally standing on the tank. It needs to be patched or replaced. It drives beautifully. Easy as can be to drive and maneuver. Tons of storage space above the cockpit area. The stove and refrigerator work perfectly. The refigerator was replaced about 4 years ago. I've recently put in all new room darkening blinds. All the exterior and interior lights work great. Also, the toilet is new. The bathroom is very large! Good storage area in bathroom. I have most of the original documentation. This is a very, very road worthy vehicle. This is a GAS engine - Ford 350 in FANTASTIC condition. It has 76480 miles on it.
