This is a great family motor home. 1980 Tioga Arrow 23 foot bunk bed model on a Dodge Chassis with a great running 440 CID engine, over the cab queen size bed, (sleeps 2), Dinette (seats 4) converts to bed that sleeps 2, and two rear bunk beds with lighting (great space for the kids to hang out during travel time).Every thing in the coach works. Rear bathroom with toilet and shower, three-burner propane stove and oven, propane furnace, propane or 110-volt refrigerator, propane water heater, large closet and drawers. The carpet, cushions, mattress and curtains are newer upgrades. Driver and passenger seats are new upgrades.It needs a little cosmetic work (paint the stripes). It has no roof air conditioner, gas generator or microwave. The windshield has a crack and may need to be replaced. Roof does not now leak but should be resealed. Tires are 7 or 8 years old, have great tread but may need to be replaced. The Dodge chassis cab air conditioner; AM/FM cassette radio and cruise control do not work. We bought this coach in 1984, when it had under 20,000 miles on it. As the second owners, and have put over 100,000 miles on the coach.
