Lots of new stuff:New oak hardwood floor,new bathroom in-lay,new norcold gas/electric 2 door fridge,new tires,new trailer hitch,new ss wheel covers,new box awning,new dinnette table all this is new this year ! has a 3 burner stove,microwave,water heater,up-graded ac/furnace,double bowl sink, the motorhome is on a chevrolet chassis has 350 engine very well maintained just had plugs ,wires oil & transmission fluid done in july, has a continental kit for the spare tire,roof rack,ladder, this sleeps 4 very comfortable,rear kitchen so when you are inside cooking you can still be part of the conversation,lots of cabinets in this unit, no wasted space anywhere,lilac interior bright & cheery ,mirrored doors over the dinnette area,lots of room for a smaller motorhome,11-14 miles per gallon of gas, auxillary battey for 12 volt operation,if calling you will get the answering machine please leave a message & i will call you right back. We love this motorhome but due to back surgery i had i need something with a walk around bed.
