~**Barely Used**~ 15,505 miles Gulfstream Classic 31’ Class C
NASCAR season is upon us travel to the race in style and comfort!
This is a 1999 with the mileage of a 2007. Model M-6314 31foot sleeps 6 NADA values this RV “average retail price $31,274 we want a quick sale at $27,500 almost $5,000 under NADA value! Look around and you'll see this one won't last long at this price. My next step will most likely be EBay.
Everything works like new; we used the RV at least 12 times last season.
Details: Central air 13,500 BTU ducted throughout the vehicle. Furnace is also ducted throughout the RV so you don’t freeze in the front and overheat in the back like some models. Gas Range with oven, Microwave overhead with hood/vent, water heater is gas (always has enough for a family of 4 to all shower with no problem) guessing 10 gallon instead of the 6, AM/FM/Stereo with CD player has speakers in front and back, 13” color TV, T.V. antenna with booster, second TV hoopup in master bedroom as well, Gas Genset generator 4000 or 6300 (not sure) with push button start, awning with attached fully enclosed room that has large screens, upgraded cabinets, cruse control, power windows, tilt, electric step, Full fiberglass exterior, Power inverter, LP gas powered smoke detector, luggage rack and ladder, outside shower, multiple roof vents one has power fan, Upgraded shower with glass enclosure and skylight, tilt wheel, tow package with trailer hitch.
Ford E450 frame with the TritonV10 motor. This RV has plenty of power to pass that caravan that wont get out of you way. The storage is everywhere; under the queen size bed, under the couch, in the slide pantry, under the bench seating. This RV is an ultra-wide model and also has the optional basement feature. The basement consist of 12 storage compartments along the bottom of the RV that go from one side to the other of the RV and a 13th compartment that is big enough to ride in (although I wouldn’t recommend it). As you can guess storage is not a problem with this RV.
Take a ride through the mountains for a day, maybe stop at lake Chocorua and take a dip, or hike to the top, then enjoy a shower and a nap, pull over anywhere for lunch from you cold fridge or hot stove, bring the bathroom with you (that can be a blessing!). If the short trip isn’t your style then head to Florida or the Grand Canyon; spend serious quality time with you family and friends in this second home.
By the way if you finance you interest IS tax deductible as a second home.
