1999 Avion - Westport, 36 feet, 3 Slides, sleeps 4 people, This is an excellent fifth wheel with many extras and is in excellent shape,We are non-smokers and have had no pets in this unit. We are selling because, we have decided to stop traveling because of health and age. The tires are new, with less then 2000 miles on them. The carpet is beige, interior is red oak, with forest green and mauve accents. The leather couch and chairs are beige. The dining table is a stand alone set. Walk through bath has a wilsonart (like formica) floor. The large pass through storage under the bed room is large,carpeted and very ample. two TV's, VCR and CD-stereo system are standard equip. Large picture window in rear living room, with center kitchen. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, and undercounter coffee pot. All faucets are household type with pull out spray on kitchen faucet. closet in bath area is plumbed for washer dryer. This comes with the following additional items, front support tripod, custom made skirt for front of unit, cloths line attaches to rear ladder and outdoor carpet for patio. I have towed this unit with a Ford F-250 diesel and have had no trouble with either tires or power. I also am willing to sell the 2000 Ford diesel F250 as a package. Will deliver to reasonable distance.
