It is an ultra lite, approx. dry weight 6,500 lbs. 6 gal. gas hot water tank, heat and air, 13000 BTU air unit-vented in camper and heat is 30000 BTU unit vented. Smooth skin, seamless royal tuff-ply roof, artic pack, electric power tongue jacks, stabilizer jacks in rear. TV, DVD, stereo entertainment center. stove, oven and microwave. very beautiful decor. Lots of storage inside and out. underneath camper is enclosed. Storage under camper in front goes all the way across, very roomy. Gas grill that attaches on outside of camper. Outside shower.
