This is a four season unit that has enclosed and insulated holding tanks. The propane generator has 2.3 hours of use and works perfectly. We had electric holding tank drain valves installed last fall and they have approximately 5 hours use. The "basement" is a full width slide that has easy access from either side of the unit.
